You can purchase my Craft CDs and Card Kit Downloads on-line using any of the major credit and debit cards through either PayPal or Google Checkout. Note that you do not need a PayPal or Google account and that both of these payment gateways use secure servers to ensure that your personal details remain confidential.
To purchase a product, just click on the corresponding "Add to Cart" button. This will display the contents of the shopping cart and allow you to adjust the quantity if necessary. To return to the site just click on the "Continue Shopping" button or to pay for your purchases click on either the PayPal or Google Checkout buttons. Google Checkout accepts Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards and PayPal also accepts American Express.
If the shopping cart only contains free products, clicking the checkout button will take you to a secure page where you can enter your name and email address. See the Free Downloads section below for more details.
If the shopping cart contains CDs you will need to correctly complete both the "Ship to Country" and "Ship to Zip/Postal Code" fields before paying for your purchases. After you change these fields click on the "Update Cart" button to ensure that the full order total, including any postage and packing charge, is displayed. See the Craft CDs section below for more details.
Once you have completed the checkout process you will be sent a confirmation email for each item purchased. For download items the email will include the link needed to download the product file and therefore it is essential that you enter your email address correctly during the checkout process. See the Downloads section below for more details.
While browsing the site you can display the contents of the shopping cart or pay for your purchases at any time just by clicking on one of the "View Cart" buttons which you will find at the bottom of every page.

I am not registered for VAT so there is no tax to pay.
Craft CDs
All CDs are sent by Royal Mail, First Class post in the UK and Airmail elsewhere. There is a fixed charge for the first CD plus a small additional charge for the second and each subsequent one. Details of the rates are shown in the table below. These charges are calculated automatically and added to the total for your order. Orders are normally dispatched within three working days but please allow a little longer during holiday periods.

Downloads
The confirmation email for download items will include the link required to download the product file. All downloads are compressed in zip format and must be uncompressed before the contents can be accessed. Modern operating systems will normally automatically recognise the file type and provide the necessary facilities to handle the files. However, please check that you will be able to uncompress the files before purchasing a download since these products can not be returned. If you have any difficulty downloading a file please contact me.
Free Downloads
Please note that E-Junkie, my shopping cart supplier, imposes a limit of 100 free product downloads from the site in any one day. If you are unable to download a free product because of this please try again on another day. If you are an existing customer and you experience this problem please email me and I will send you the item as a mail attachment.
