Copyright and Licence to use Artwork
Susan Gaylor (known professionally as "Sue Bettles") trading as "Crafts at Country Graphics" is the owner of the copyright in the Artwork.
When you purchase my CDs and Downloads you are granted a personal non-exclusive licence to use the Artwork in your own craft projects including those undertaken for profit. For the avoidance of doubt:
Reproduction of the Artwork for profit is limited to no more than 1000 hard copies of any one image within a 12 month period.
Distribution or resale of the artwork in a digital form is not permitted.
Reworking of the artwork is not permitted.
Use of the Artwork for the promotion of any product or service using any media is expressly excluded.
For any use excluded under this agreement please contact me to request a commercial licence.
The CDs and Downloads may not be copied, shared with a third party, loaned for hire or reproduced in any way.
Non-Delivery or Return of Goods
Please note that your statutory rights are unaffected by our policy which is as follows:
Downloads
If you have not received the file which you have purchased then please email us to advise us of the problem and we will reactivate the website link or manually send a duplicate download. Please allow 3 working days for resending except during holiday periods when this may take longer.
Due to the nature of the product, Downloads cannot be returned or exchanged.
CDs
CDs which are faulty should be returned within 28 days.
There will be no post and packaging charges for the replacement of faulty CDs.
We recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery for your own protection.
In the event of non-delivery of purchased items please email us to advise us of the problem in order that we can contact the carrier concerned.
Shipping
Please allow 3 working days for dispatch however during holiday periods it may take longer.
Title and Risk
Title to the products purchased will pass to the customer upon payment in full for the goods and risk shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
Liability
Our liability howsoever arising shall not exceed the invoice value of the Product relating to the specific complaint.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss of profit, loss of market, consequential loss or damage howsoever arising.
Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
